Implant full arch bridges “all-on-4″™ “fixed teeth fast”‘™ same day fixed teeth

Where necessary, in patients with no remaining teeth in one or both arches (complete edentulism of maxilla and/or mandible) or where the patient’s last remaining teeth are of such poor condition that their long term prognosis is not realistic,  our resident implant oral surgeon Dr Colin Neil BDS, MFDS RCS, MSc (Implant Dentistry), DipDentSed, MSurgDent is able to provide implant full arch bridges “all-on-4” ™  and our popular “fixed teeth fast”‘ ™ protocol to transition from missing or problem teeth or loose dentures to enable the patient to leave the surgery the same day with fixed implant supported new teeth that will help to restore your chewing function, appearance and confidence!

This service is provided in close collaboration with our Confident dental technician who works alongside our implant oral surgeon Dr Neil in the preliminary planning stages and on the day of surgery to enable construction of the new fixed teeth on the same day and provided the implants can be placed firmly in the remaining bone, Dr Neil is able to attach these new fixed implant bridge teeth to the implants on the same day.

The “all-on-4″/6™ surgical technique involves the positioning of implants at carefully planned angles in order to maximise the spread and support of biting load for the implant restoration without affecting the nerve or sinus structures. this technique tends to mean that bone and sinus grafting can be minimised, meaning that there is less surgery for the patient and the patient’s new implant fixed teeth can be attached sooner. Where indicated, guided bone regeneration (bone grafting) can also be completed at this same surgery appointment in order to restore a patient’s bone contour.

Dr Colin Neil routinely offers the option of conscious intravenous (IV) sedation for patient comfort throughout their implant treatment and uses his in house state-of-the-art cone beam CT scanner and CAD-CAM type planning software to ensure optimal surgical precision and the most predictable, smoothest delivery of the new fixed dental implant teeth.

Get your teeth back and get your life back… this video from our Youtube channel shows an extreme and unfortunate (comedic) example of the problem with a loose denture interfering with “everyday” life. Not everybody wants to parachute with Confidence like the lady in the video (!) but to regain enjoyment to smile, eat, speak, sing and even kiss are all benefits of the improved quality of life that dental implant supported fixed teeth can offer.

Please call 01453 764287 to book your consultation with our implant oral surgeon Dr Colin Neil BDS, MFDS RCS, MSc (Implant Dentistry), DipDentSed, MSurgDent RCS to find out how we can help.
