Dr Farima Mehrabi is a general dentist associate at Confident Dental & Implant Clinics, both in Stroud and in Cleevelands, Bishop’s Cleeve near Cheltenham.

Our patients and team love Dr Fari’s calm and gentle approach. Also for those that need extra calming to be able to benefit from the treatment they need or want to improve their health, function and aesthetics, she has obtained additional training and is able to provide sedation (both inhalation and IV options) for patients to feel more relaxed during any treatment with her.

She is also popular for her expertise with facial aesthetic treatments. Dr Fari loves to bring out the natural beauty in her patients, including rejuvenating wrinkle relaxing injections and dermal filler and Profhilo techniques. Advanced treatments Dr Fari provides also include, non-surgical rhinoplasty, relaxation injections to reduce grinding and clenching, cheeks and chin facial profiling and lip enhancements.

Dr Farima uses her expertise in facial aesthetics to complement her work in cosmetic dentistry and short term Orthodontics, including the Inman Aligner so that the lips and face form the ideal frame for the optimised smile she is able to help you achieve.

Farima graduated from Kings College London and has since undertaken various roles in both primary and secondary care. Farima has experience in practices across the southwest as well as working alongside a maxillofacial team in Portsmouth, restoratively treating head and neck cancer patients. She also has experience at Addenbrooke’s hospital in Cambridge with patients who have cleft lip and palate.

Farima is now working as a Clinical Lecturer part time at Bristol Dental School, teaching undergraduate students, as well as her clinical commitments with Confident Dental & Implant Clinics – Stroud and Cleevelands, Bishop’s Cleeve. To complete Farima’s work variety, she is also a specialist dental advisor with the Care Quality Commission, so she is aware of and upholds the highest standards when it comes to your care.

Farima regularly endeavours to keep up to date with the current research to provide you with a high standard of dentistry; she has published numerous papers as well as presented both regionally and nationally. She has undertaken examinations to become a member of the Royal College of Surgeons as well as holding membership to many other prestigious societies. Having undertaken a postgraduate certificate in Restorative dentistry, Farima enjoys all aspects of dentistry and strives to provide you with honest and ethical care.

When she’s not working, Farima loves spending time with her family back home in Wigan and with her friends. She is a coffee and cake enthusiast and enjoys travelling.
